Roof Boxes/ Roof Baskets:
Roof boxes are becoming an increasingly popular travel accessory for a number of reasons. These include their light weight, ease of storage, minimal maintenance and low drag: the streamlined shape of a Thule roof box with its diffuser under body is far less disruptive of a car’s aerodynamics than a trailer and therefore has a significant effect on fuel consumption. Not having the additional mechanical drag of a pair of extra wheels on the tarmac is an additional benefit.
